What Apollo is

Apollo is an AI assistant you interact with over email. You send tasks, Apollo works through them and replies. There is no app or dashboard — email is the interface. These terms govern your use of Apollo and any associated websites and services.

Who can use Apollo

You must be at least 18 years old to use Apollo. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for all activity under your email address and for keeping your access secure.

Your inputs and Apollo's outputs

You retain ownership of everything you send to Apollo. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you send. Subject to these terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in Apollo's outputs.

What you're responsible for

Apollo is an AI. Its responses may contain errors, even when they appear detailed or confident. You are responsible for reviewing Apollo's output before acting on it. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical, or securities advice without independent verification. Apollo is not a broker, adviser, or licensed professional of any kind.

Acceptable use

Do not use Apollo for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive. Do not use it to infringe on anyone's rights, gain unauthorized access to systems, or develop competing AI services. We reserve the right to suspend access if we determine misuse.

Billing and payment

Apollo is offered as a monthly subscription that includes a credit toward AI processing costs. Current pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Your subscription begins on the date you sign up and renews automatically each calendar month.

If your usage in a given month exceeds your included credit, the excess will be billed separately at the rates in effect at the time, as shown on the Pricing page. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle, with any overage billed at the end of the cycle, using the payment method you provided at signup.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@use-apollo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Apollo through the end of the period for which you have paid. Any outstanding overage charges will be billed upon cancellation.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused credit balances, or cancelled accounts. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@use-apollo.com within 30 days and we will investigate.

Third-party services

Apollo connects to third-party services to operate (AI processing, email delivery, cloud infrastructure). We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these services. If you connect Apollo to external accounts like QuickBooks, those connections are governed by the third party's own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep Apollo available and responsive, but we do not guarantee uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Liability

Apollo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for errors in Apollo's output, actions taken on your behalf, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us in the six months preceding any claim, or $100.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of Apollo, your inputs, any actions Apollo takes at your direction, or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using Apollo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, we may delete data associated with your account.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Apollo after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
