Apollo runs on AI infrastructure that costs real money per request — every email processed, every file analyzed, every tool called.
$20 USD per month
Covers up to $20 of AI usage. Most people won't hit it — day-to-day emails, file work, QuickBooks queries, follow-ups all fit comfortably. If you go over, you top up on a pay-as-you-go basis.
This is early. We're still learning what real usage looks like across different workflows. The price may change as we figure that out — but we'll always give you a heads up.
No setup fees. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.
How billing works
Your $20 is charged at the start of each billing period. If you exceed your credit, overage is billed at the end of the same period. All payments processed securely by Stripe in USD.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing support@use-apollo.com. You'll keep access through the end of your paid period. Any outstanding overage will be billed at cancellation.
Early supporters
If you're signing up now, you're early. Things will break occasionally. We'll fix them fast. Features will ship rough and get polished. Your feedback directly shapes what Apollo becomes.
